In the actual process, the vibration value is an important factor in the quality of the production of centrifugal pumps. Because the magnitude of the vibration value will directly affect the life of the centrifugal pump. We know that during the operation of the equipment, it generally maintains the operating speed that affects the impact, because there are many factors that will cause the impact of the vibration situation, such as the impeller dynamic balance level.
In addition, the speed of the impeller, the installation accuracy, and the strength of the fan itself will have different effects. If the vibration value is large, the service life of the centrifugal fan will inevitably be affected, so we should control its vibration value within an appropriate range as much as possible during production. So, in order to achieve this effect, we must test the dynamic balance of the impeller and the vibration of the whole machine.
When the impeller is made, due to various factors, the centroid of the impeller will inevitably deviate. The dynamic balance of the centrifugal fan impeller actually refers to the use of adding a certain amount of balance weights to make the center of mass of the impeller approach the center of rotation of the impeller until it reaches the required balance level.
Of course, the dynamic balance of the impeller is only one of the relevant factors. The magnitude of the vibration value is also related to the installation situation. If the installation accuracy is not high, it is easy to cause the vibration value of the centrifugal fan to be too large, so if it is not debugged in time, it will affect the use effect.
In view of this situation, we must promptly debug the performance of the centrifugal fan after installation. Under normal circumstances, we will make judgments based on the horizontal, longitudinal, and axial vibration values of the centrifugal fan bearings. If these vibration values are qualified, then the centrifugal fan equipment is allowed to be sold out of the factory.
