T35 axial fan

The T35 axial flow fan adopts a wide blade, large chord length, spatially twisted and inclined axial flow impeller, a dedicated fan motor, and direct drive. It has obvious advantages such as low noise, large air volume, low power consumption and light weight. It is widely used for wall exhaust and ducted air supply in factories, warehouses, office buildings, residential buildings and other places.

This series of fans are divided into: T35 type wall type (can be equipped with a net cover, rainproof elbow or dustproof self-hanging louver); duct type, with feet. This series of fans is generally equipped with a three-phase motor, and can be equipped with a single-phase motor under 0.55kW according to user requirements. According to the requirements of the conveying medium, it can be made into anti-corrosion and explosion-proof type: FT35 is an anti-corrosion axial flow fan, used to transport corrosive gases; BT35 is an explosion-proof axial flow fan, used to transport flammable and explosive gases. FBT35 is an anti-corrosion and explosion-proof axial flow fan, which is used to transport corrosive, flammable and explosive gases.

The FBT35 fan was developed by the company’s technical department on the basis of the original national standard. It is equipped with a low-speed motor, large air volume and high pressure coefficient design concept, widening the impeller, lengthening the large chord, large angle, and the impeller twisted and inclined blade shape. Equipped with a dedicated fan motor, it has obvious advantages such as low noise, large air volume, low power consumption, low vibration, and beautiful appearance. It is an efficient and energy-saving axial flow fan. It is widely used for wall exhaust and ducted air supply in factories, warehouses, offices, residences and other places. It can also change the angle of the impeller according to the different environmental requirements of customers, which is suitable for different parameter requirements.

T35 axial flow fan can be designed with a net cover at the air inlet and outlet according to specific user requirements on special occasions, 45-degree elbow, 60-degree elbow, 90-degree elbow or self-hanging louver, to prevent rainwater from backflowing, and effectively prevent the outside world when the fan is turned off. Temperature isolation, especially suitable for northern climate.

Generally equipped with three-phase asynchronous motor, according to user requirements, single-phase asynchronous motor can be equipped with 0.55KW or less. It can be made into anti-corrosion type and explosion-proof type according to different requirements of conveying gas medium: FDZ is anti-corrosion axial flow fan, used to transport corrosive gas; BDZ is explosion-proof axial flow fan, used to transport flammable and explosive gas. FBDZ is an anti-corrosion and explosion-proof axial flow fan, which is used to transport corrosive, flammable and explosive gas. It can also be made into higher specifications according to the different explosion-proof requirements of customers, such as BT4, CT4, and various explosion-proof grades.
