High temperature fans are widely used in the chemical industry, petroleum, metallurgy, forging, electric power, nuclear power plants, environmental protection and other fields.
Scope of application
1. Drying industry, kiln industry, cleaning industry, coating industry, food drying industry.
2. The operating temperature is between 100°C and 180°C.
3. The transported gas is also non-flammable, non-self-explosive, non-aggressive, non-corrosive to the human body, and non-corrosive to steel. As a candidate for transportation of non-inhaled, non-spontaneous, material-containing heat, air, flue gas and other similar properties in various industries, the transportation temperature exceeds its limit temperature range.
4. There must be no particulate matter in the exhaust gas, and the soil and hard particles contained shall not exceed 150 dust/m3. If the amount of soil is large, a packaging device containing 85% of non-fermented dust is installed in front of the fan to reduce the dust content of the flue gas of the fan, so as to improve the lifespan.
